Syed Abu Taher ACS has been appointed as Deputy Company Secretary on 10 December 2018. Since then he is entrusted with the duties of Company Secretary.  He is also the member Secretary of Finance Committee, Administrative Affairs Committee and Innovation and Development Committee of the Board of Directors of NESCO. Prior to joining NESCO, he served in various capacities in the field of Corporate and Company affairs in private sector. He is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). Mr. Taher holds a Bachelor degree in Law and Master’s degree in Business Administration. He has also obtained Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
